HR Executive (Construction/Dormitory/Central area)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of HR operations including onboarding, offboarding and employee records.

• Manage accommodation, dormitory arrangements and related administrative matters.

• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other MOM-related matters.

• Conduct onboarding and orientation programmes for newly joined employee.

• Plan and coordinate training and Learning & Development (L&D) programmes for employee.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, training and accommodation.

• Liaise with dormitory operators, government agencies and external service providers on worker-related matters.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

• Prepare HR reports and handle other HR-related administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction industry

• Experience handling dormitory/accommodation matter.
