Job Duties:

• Lead and motivate the recruitment team to achieve sales and performance targets.

• Drive business development by securing new clients and growing existing accounts.

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth plans.

• Improve recruitment processes and implement best-fit systems/software.

• Track and analyze sales and recruitment metrics to optimize performance.

• Strengthen employer branding and market presence through initiatives and partnerships.

• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast hiring needs and align resources.

• Build strong networks with HR professionals, vendors, and industry stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the similar industry or Recruitment & Staffing industry.

• Proven track record in a leadership role with sales targets.

• Strong leadership, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making skills.
