Duration: 6 months, subject to extension

Working Location: Novena, walking distance from MRT

Working Hours: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Friday

• Conceptualise and produce engaging content across social media platforms

• Design or source visuals in line with brand guidelines

• Assist in planning and executing social media publicity and campaigns for key events or initiatives

• Support the writing and editing of internal newsletters, announcements, and updates for staff and stakeholders

• Assist in producing and coordinating content for internal communications campaigns, such as Viva Engage and Intranet

• Assist in updating and maintaining website content

• Write or edit web copy, including landing pages, event listings, and programme descriptions

• Work with the team to improve the website's information architecture, including page hierarchy, menu structure, and content groupings

Requirements

• Degree holder.

• Must be able to provide portfolio.
