Sales & Events Admin

A hybrid role combining sales administration, customer service and events support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email and follow up on orders
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices
• Coordinate deliveries and event requirements with internal teams
• Support corporate/private clients with gifting and customised orders
• Assist with event preparation and occasional on-site deployment
• Support guest engagement, stock coordination and general event operations

Requirements:

• Experience in sales admin, customer service or events preferred
• Organised, proactive and service-oriented
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Comfortable supporting on-site events when required
