Contract Document Controller

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or any related discipline with at least 4 years of experience
• Knowledge of Auto Cad
• Short notice or immediate starter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all project and company drawings, technical specifications, contracts, procedures, and reports
• Establish and maintain document control processes and workflows
• Receive, register, distribute, track, and archive documents in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure all document revisions are controlled and updated versions are distributed to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain document registers and tracking logs
• Coordinate with project teams, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and clients regarding document submissions and approvals
• Perform quality checks to ensure document accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements
• Generate document status reports and provide updates to project management
• Ensure proper filing and retrieval of both electronic and hard-copy records
• Support audits by providing required documentation and records
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information

Work Schedule/ Location:

• 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
• Located at Kallang area
