Title: Global Regulatory Affairs Manager (Cosmetics)

Salary: Up to S$8500

Duration: 9 months - 1 year maternity cover contract

Location: Suntec

Working hours: 09.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Mission of the role

Global Regulatory Affairs involves ensuring that all products meet the necessary regulatory standards and comply with legal requirements across various markets.

Under the supervision of the Global RA Senior Manager, the RA Manager leads regulatory aspects of new cosmetic product launches, ensuring that these products adhere to all relevant regulations and standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and safety of cosmetic products as they enter the market.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Setting up the regulatory strategy for global and regional innovation projects under development
• Cooperate with affiliates in order to perform a feasibility analysis of projects roll out based on regional/national regulations
• Communication of project relevant RA information to Project Team and Department Heads
• Represent RA for cosmetics in global & cross functional meetings
• Provide regulatory support to ensure the content of dossier/PIF is compliant with relevant regulations and sufficient for submission/notification
• Maintain and track RA activities databases & trackers
• Support the development of labelling, promotional materials & artworks for cosmetics

Experience Level

• Strong experience in global Regulatory Affairs in the Consumer Care environment (cosmetics).
• Strong knowledge of the cosmetic industry, including all associated global RA regulations.
• Experience with China regulations will be a plus.

Education Level

• Master or Degree (in Sciences, Medicine or Pharmacy) or any equivalent advanced scientific degree in a related technical field.
