Brand & Retail Operations Specialist [CCP for Retail Professionals & Associates]

Role Overview

This position is supported under the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Retail Professionals and Associates (RPA). The Brand & Retail Operations Specialist will undergo a structured 6-month in-house training programme to acquire core competencies across visual merchandising, inventory control, customer experience management, and retail data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandising:

- Establish opening visual checklists, product showcase presentation, and maintain brand visual merchandising hierarchy.

- Execute promotional display rotations, shelf tagging, and marketing collaterals aligned with department store guidelines.

- Oversee floor presentation independently, ensuring full adherence to visual merchandising standards.

• Inventory Management Optimization:

- Conduct physical cycle counts, verify stock batches against inventory records, and resolve stock discrepancies.

- Track SKU sales velocity, verify inbound stock against delivery orders (DO), and manage replenishment reorder thresholds.

• Customer Experience Management:

- Master clinical product indications, conduct barrier assessments, and deliver tailored customer regimen consultations.

- Execute point-of-sale card and cashless payment workflows, and handle customer transaction enquiries.

- Deliver personalized post-purchase clienteling outreach to elevate customer satisfaction and optimize basket size.

• Data Analysis & Interpretation:

- Reconcile daily sales settlements and analyze electronic batch records against daily revenue figures.

- Log client skin profiles and purchase histories into the CRM database to track repeat customer trends.

- Track and interpret conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), and counter revenue targets to optimize sales performance.

Requirements

• Eligible for the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Retail Professionals and Associates (Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident).

• Strong interest in retail counter operations, beauty/dermocosmetics advisory, and customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.

• Meticulous with inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and POS payment transactions.

• Able to work retail department store operational hours including weekends and public holidays.
