Duty Manager (Passenger Services) | 5/6 days, from $2,400+ | Joining Bonus $5000

Join a leading aviation ground handling team and play a key role in managing daily flight operations while delivering smooth, high-quality passenger service. This is a leadership role where you’ll oversee teams, handle airline coordination, and ensure every flight runs efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily airline flight operations and passenger service areas

• Lead and guide frontline staff to deliver excellent customer service

• Handle passenger incidents and ensure proper service recovery

• Liaise with airlines to resolve operational issues and improve processes

• Monitor service standards (SLA, KPI, surveys) and ensure compliance

• Prepare and submit daily operational reports

• Supervise team performance and ensure SOP adherence

Who We’re Looking For

• Singaporeans only

• NITEC / Diploma and above

• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays

• Able to lead and manage a team effectively

Salary & Others

• Basic Salary: $2,400 – $2,950

• Monthly Allowances:

  • Shift Allowance: $150; Productivity Allowance: $100; KPI Incentive: $520

• Joining Bonus: $5,000

• Working Hours: 44 hours/week (3 rotating shifts)

• Work Schedule: 5 / 6 days per week

• Location: Changi Airport Terminals
