Retail Sales Associate

Location: Tradehub 21, Jurong

Employment Highlights

• Salary Package: $3,200 - $3,500 (Inclusive of OT + Uncapped Commission) (Subjected to experience)
• Commission: Based on a percentage of sales revenue, paid monthly
• Working hours: 6 days per week, 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM (full shift, rostered)
• Overtime eligible after 40 hours, in accordance with company policy

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and recommend suitable products based on their needs
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate lighting and bathroom solutions
• Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
• Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement
• Coordinate with team members on stock availability and delivery matters
• Support day-to-day retail operations and contribute to sales targets

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience in lighting fittings and bathroom fittings/furnishings is required
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented approach
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute in a retail sales environment
• Able to learn product knowledge and apply it effectively in customer interactions
