Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions to address business challenges and generate actionable insights.

• Design, develop, and implement AI products and applications using Agentic AI frameworks for practical business use cases.

• Build and maintain AI-powered agents and applications, taking solutions from proof-of-concept through to production.

• Develop software solutions across frontend and backend systems, incorporating cloud application and data architecture principles.

• Enhance development workflows through automation, reusable components, tooling, and standardised engineering practices.

• Perform functional and performance testing using various techniques, agents, and tools to ensure solution quality.

• Work with technology teams on the architecture, design, and implementation of cloud-based agents and applications.

• Analyse business requirements and recommend technology solutions using Agile delivery methodologies.

• Support the complete product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, development, testing, deployment, and continuous enhancement.

• Define non-functional requirements and evaluate database solutions in line with relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver products and solutions and identify opportunities to apply AI and automation.

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant experience in Agentic AI engineering, web application development, data science, or related disciplines.

• Hands-on experience with AI techniques, including developing and implementing skills, harnesses and Agentic AI frameworks for practical applications.

• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and relevant open-source libraries.

• Knowledge of database design, implementation, and management.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud computing platforms and services.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into effective technology solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Experience with commercial AI, workflow, data, and data science platforms such as n8n, Northflank, Copilot in Power Automate, Dataiku, Databricks, and Snowflake, or AI tools

• Familiarity with containerisation, orchestration, and automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.

• Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with developments in AI, data science, and software engineering.
