About this job
- Salary: $2300-$2600 + AWS + Variable bonus[Apr] + 14 AL
- Location: Gul Circle, [Company Transport @ Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]
- Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.45pm
- Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to sales department.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers
- Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.
- To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.
- To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.
- Prepare quotations.
- Any other related administrative duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Min Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
