Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:

• To assist QS Manager to handle and calculate the quantity and costing of the different tender assignments.
• Technical review on the supplier/contractor quotation or proposal and makes sure that all requirements are complied.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design (ID) projects, taking into account materials, labour, equipment, and other related costs.
• Ensure all Suppliers equipment selection and Subcontractors quote meets tender requirements.
• Review tender documents and raise any queries to the client.
• Review tender addendum, corrigendum and post tender addendum drawings and documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying (Interior Design) and Building Industry or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in A&A live environment.
