Job Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Plan and monitor day-to-day project workflow, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedules and quality standards.
Make informed decisions to address issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with ground team and management on project activities, monitor resources, timelines, and progress to meet stakeholder expectations.
Technical Analysis & Problem Solving
Analyze project-related challenges from multiple perspectives.
Conduct structured analysis of business, technical, and operational factors to identify risks or constraints.
Suggest practical, evidence-based solutions in collaboration with team members.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination to support operational goals.
Proactively address stakeholder concerns to maintain project momentum.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and submit necessary project documentation.
Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain approvals and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.
Track and maintain documentation for audits and project records.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Provide inputs to support project feasibility studies and decision-making.
Highlight potential risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
Assist in implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within projects.
Skills & Attributes:
Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to assess project challenges from multiple perspectives, analyze technical and operational factors, and provide practical, evidence-based solutions.
Planning, Monitoring & Decision-Making: Strong capability to plan, prioritize, and monitor tasks, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships and proactively address stakeholder concerns.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively with multidisciplinary teams, coordinating project activities and resources to achieve shared objectives.
Adaptability & Learning Agility: Flexible and open to change, able to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or processes in a dynamic project environment.

Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Knowledgeable in legal, safety, and regulatory requirements for civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to standards.
Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, track documentation, and maintain accurate records for project execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
With relevant working experience
