Senior Officer, Marketing Operations (1-year contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Officer (1-year contract) to support the execution and operational management of marketing initiatives. This contract role is ideal for someone who is meticulous and organised, and with a passion for enabling marketing success through efficient processes and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Finance Support

• Coordinate with internal functions within Marketing to maintain marketing spend tracker, monthly accruals and rolling forecasts.

• Coordinate with external media vendors, agencies and other marketing partners to track spend against budget.

• Review and verify invoices from media vendors, agencies and other marketing partners.

• Work with Finance and Procurement teams to process payments and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Reporting

• Extract campaign performance data from media agency and vendors, and formulate reports for internal and external sharing.

• Support preparation of reports for presentations to internal and external audience, including providing first-level analysis.

• Support Digital Marketing & Market Development internal data requests (using Tableau).

Admin Support

• Provide logistics and admin support for meetings with tourism organisations/airport partners

• Handle Airport Pass applications, including liaising with HR and/or Security Department, Changi Airport Group, Certis and Airport Police Department, to support marketing activities, when the need arises.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, admin or operations preferred

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, proactive and adaptable

• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a bonus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
