Job Responsibilities

• Patient Preparation & Setup: Attaching sensors, electrodes, and monitoring equipment to patients while explaining the testing procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
• Polysomnographic Testing & Monitoring: Observing patients during sleep cycles to record physiological data, including brain waves, eye movements, heart rate, and respiration.
• CPAP / BiPAP Titration: Initiating and adjusting positive airway pressure devices to find the optimal settings for treating sleep apnea and other breathing disorders.
• Data Scoring & Documentation: Reviewing recorded sleep data to identify and score sleep stages, respiratory events, and movement disorders for physician review.
