Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their needs
• Recommend suitable lighting, bathroom, and home fixture products
• Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
• Assist customers throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with the team regarding product availability and deliveries
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed
• Arrange and maintain stock and product displays
• Support daily retail operations and sales activities
• Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred
• Experience in lighting, bathroom fixtures, home improvement, or related products will be an advantage
• Willing to learn about lighting and bathroom products
• Basic computer skills
• Responsible, motivated, and able to work well in a team
• Willing to work on weekends, Public Holidays, and retail hours
