Project Manager

responsibilities:

·Serve as the primary point of contact between the Customer and the delivery team

·Lead the day-to-day delivery of the product and perform the Scrum Master function, including including facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint and release planning, removing delivery impediments, managing dependencies, and coordinating across the delivery team

·Work closely with the Customer'sProduct Manager to coordinate delivery, plan releases, manage dependencies, andensure timely delivery of prioritised product backlog items

·Provide technical direction and oversight to the development team, ensuring all technical decisions are aligned with the Customer's platform governance standards .

·Manage delivery plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations to ensure the timely delivery of product outcomes

·Manage stakeholder relationships and communications.

Additional experiences:

·Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems is a plus

·Experience in performing ScrumMaster or equivalent Agile delivery responsibilities, including facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-functional delivery teams

·Scrum Master certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent) is preferred
