Commercial Director, Greater Asia

Job Summary

You will lead direct sales of the company’s products and services in Asia, driving sales growth and profitability. Collaborate with the Asia Management team to develop market objectives and implement sales programs. Manage sales strategy, pricing, contracts, forecasting, and team leadership to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales activities and programs to grow sales and profitability within the defined territory or business unit
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base to increase market share
• Coach, motivate, and lead the sales team to achieve performance targets and foster professional growth
• Apply broad market knowledge including technologies, applications, and channels to market to inform sales strategies
• Use problem-solving skills to address sales challenges and optimize outcomes
• Utilize knowledge of activated carbon theory and applications to support product positioning and customer engagement
• Conduct basic financial and profitability analysis to guide pricing, contract negotiations, and business decisions
• Make effective day-to-day business decisions by prioritizing opportunities and taking action to meet sales objectives
• Collaborate effectively with support and business groups to ensure alignment and execution of sales plans
