Junior Relationship Manager (Open to ARM, Corporate Banking / $6.5k) [ID: 712022]

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new corporate leads and funding opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Initiate contact with prospects to arrange meetings and discussions.
• Identify opportunities for CASA, deposits, and additional funding solutions.
• Support the relationship manager in customer acquisition, account opening, and onboarding processes.
• Follow up on prospects to convert them into active, funded accounts.
• Maintain and report on prospects and funding pipeline activities.
• Track transactions and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments and head office to enhance processes.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Management.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in banking or business development.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking and funding products.
• Excellent communication, networking, and business development skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and commercially driven.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
