Job Description

This is a client-facing delivery role focusing on cloud operations and implementations. The engineer will execute daily AWS cloud operations, participate in migrations, and provide administration support. The role involves implementing cloud solutions with automation principles, maintaining cloud systems, and collaborating with solution architects and team members. The engineer will contribute technical expertise, ensure compliance with performance and security standards, and maintain up-to-date certifications and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operations and administration of AWS cloud infrastructure

• Ensure configurations meet performance, security, scalability, and maintainability standards

• Implement automation in new projects using tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, and Terraform

• Maintain AWS cloud systems through automated processes and documentation

• Collaborate with solution architects on operations and administration tasks

• Participate in cloud migrations including VM and database migrations

• Support client discussions, operational meetings, and process improvements

• Maintain certifications and technical skills in alignment with market trends

• Manage issues and ensure resolution in compliance with SLAs

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, administration, and deployments

• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, migrations, and automation tools

• AWS Solution Architect Associate certification or AWS specialty certification (required)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Good collaboration and communication abilities

• Effective in handling client interactions and supporting team activities

• Strong teamwork and solution-oriented mindset - AWS Solution Architect Associate certification (required) - AWS specialty certification (preferred) - DevOps, Database, or other AWS specialty certifications (advantageous) - CKA certification or containerization expertise (advantageous)
