We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Full-Time Academic Manager to lead our educational programs, mentor students, and oversee day-to-day academic operations. The ideal candidate combines a strong academic background with leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for educational excellence. In this role, you will manage curriculum delivery, guide a team of educators, and ensure a positive, high-achieving learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Curriculum Oversight: Oversee the successful delivery of tutoring and academic support programs, ensuring high standards of instruction across subjects like Mathematics, Science, English, or Humanities.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, train, and support part-time tutors and instructors, conducting performance reviews and fostering collaborative professional growth.
Student Progress & Intervention: Monitor overall student performance metrics, design individualized learning pathways, and implement effective intervention strategies for academic growth.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and institutional partners, providing regular progress updates and managing feedback professionally.
Administrative Management: Coordinate scheduling, track attendance, manage learning materials, and maintain accurate records of student and program performance.
Direct Instruction (As Needed): Conduct high-level or specialized one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions to support complex student needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
Academic Excellence: A bachelor’s degree or above in Education, a relevant subject area, or equivalent professional experience. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory, mentorship, or team-lead role within an educational or corporate training environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences.
Patience & Empathy: A student-centric mindset with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to varying learning paces and styles.
Organizational Acumen: Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities, schedules, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
Industry Background: Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or academic administration is strongly preferred.
