Job Summary

You will perform cleaning duties at condominium and commercial premises, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained common areas and facilities according to schedules and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean condominium and commercial premises to maintain hygiene and appearance
• Clean common areas such as lobbies, corridors, lifts, staircases, and facilities to ensure a welcoming environment
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas
• Handle refuse disposal and clean bin areas to support sanitation and waste management
• Clean toilets and other assigned facilities to uphold hygiene standards
• Maintain carpark, driveway, and surrounding compound areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Operate cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals safely to prevent accidents and ensure effective cleaning
• Follow daily cleaning schedules, workplace safety protocols, and supervisor instructions to meet operational standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not compulsory
• Willingness to learn and adapt to workplace guidance and training
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Responsible and punctual attitude
• Physical capability to perform cleaning duties

Other Information

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 4.00pm
• Saturday: 8.00am to 12.00pm

Sunday/Public Holiday work may be required on a roster basis depending on operational needs

Work Location Various condominium and commercial locations in Singapore. Actual worksite will be advised according to deployment.
