Will Writing Specialist

We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Will Writing Specialist to join our team. This role combines professional will-writing services with client engagement and educational events.

You will work closely with clients to understand their estate planning needs, prepare wills according to their instructions, and help them better understand the importance of proper estate planning.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Will Writing & Client Advisory

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their family circumstances, wishes and estate planning objectives
• Draft and prepare wills based on clients' instructions and applicable requirements
• Guide clients through the will-writing process and explain key provisions clearly
• Coordinate with relevant professionals where matters fall outside the scope of will writing
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Events & Public Speaking

• Deliver talks, seminars and workshops on wills, estate planning and legacy planning
• Serve as a speaker at client events, corporate events and educational sessions
• Develop engaging presentations and educational materials for different audiences
• Answer general questions and facilitate discussions during events

Client Engagement

• Build strong relationships with clients through professional and approachable communication
• Work alongside our financial advisory team to provide a more comprehensive estate-planning experience
• Follow up with clients where appropriate and identify opportunities for further estate-planning discussions
