Security Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and personable Security Officer to manage front desk reception, conduct factory patrols, perform light facility maintenance, and ensure safety through monitoring and reporting incidents.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage sign-in processes at the front desk to control access effectively
• Conduct regular security patrols of factory premises to detect and prevent security breaches
• Perform basic grounds maintenance tasks such as grass-cutting and cleaning common areas to maintain a safe environment
• Monitor safety and security conditions and report incidents promptly to relevant personnel
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports for compliance and record-keeping
• Adapt to a rotating 2-shift schedule covering 7:30am – 3:30pm and 3:00pm – 11:00pm to ensure continuous security coverage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in security or facilities maintenance to enhance job performance
• Valid security officer license (PLRD) or willingness to obtain one to meet industry standards

Working Hours:

• Rotating 2-shift schedule: 7:30am – 3:30pm / 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• 4 rest days per month
