Clinician / Aesthetic Beauty Therapist (Healthcare)

ClearSK® operates a group of medical aesthetic clinics in Singapore, with regional operations in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Kuala Lumpur.

This position provides an opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary clinic environment alongside doctors, therapists and management professionals. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, willing to learn and committed to providing professional customer service and developing their skills in medical aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside doctors and the clinic team in supporting day-to-day treatment and customer-care activities
• Undergo structured on-the-job training and internal competency assessment for relevant aesthetic therapy procedures
• Perform skin, body and/or hair analysis to customers
• Understand customers' concerns and provide appropriate information on available treatments and services
• Recommend suitable treatment packages based on customers' needs and established clinic protocols
• Perform assigned non-medical skin, body and/or hair treatments in accordance with training and clinic protocols
• Attend to customer enquiries and arrange appointments
• Manage and follow up on own appointment bookings
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and machines in accordance with clinic operating and hygiene procedures
• Ensure treatment consumables and customer amenities are adequately replenished
• Maintain appropriate customer and treatment records
• Perform other reasonable operational and administrative duties assigned by the Branch Manager or management

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, as the role involves communication with customers, doctors and colleagues and the preparation of work records
• Maintain professional grooming and hygiene standards appropriate to a customer-facing healthcare environment
• Able and willing to work clinic/retail hours, including weekends
• Prior experience in the aesthetic, beauty, wellness or healthcare sector is an advantage but not essential
• Qualifications in health sciences, nutrition, food science, biomedical science, physiotherapy, pharmacy or related disciplines are an advantage
• CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, NITEC, WSQ or other relevant spa and aesthetic therapy qualifications are an advantage
• Able to work independently, take initiative and collaborate effectively within a team
• Comfortable working in a service and sales-oriented environment
• Comfortable using common IT systems and devices, including laptops, printers and mobile devices
• Willing to participate in continuous training and skills development
