Carpenter Supervisor – Job Scope

• Supervise and coordinate carpentry workers at factory and project sites.

• Plan and assign daily carpentry work according to project requirements.

• Check measurements, drawings, materials, and work specifications before production and installation.

• Supervise the fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing of cupboards, cabinets, doors, furniture, and other carpentry works.

• Ensure work is completed according to the required quality, dimensions, and project schedule.

• Guide workers on proper carpentry methods, tools, and installation procedures.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other site workers.

• Monitor workers’ attendance, productivity, and work progress.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of carpentry tools, machinery, and equipment.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards.

• Inspect completed work and rectify defects or installation issues when required.
