Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support structural engineering projects through precise modelling and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Execute BIM modelling and produce accurate structural building drawings.
• Prepare detailed design drawings for regulatory submissions and compliance.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality BIM outputs.
• Maintain and update drawing records, registers, and version control.
• Resolve project-related technical issues through active participation in meetings.
• Support engineering teams in developing and improving BIM standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of BIM experience in C&S consultancies.
• Familiarity with local authority submission requirements for building projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple project deliverables.
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous professional upskilling.
