MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the trading business.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, distributors, and business partners.

• Identify new products, suppliers, customers, and market opportunities.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial agreements.

• Monitor purchasing, sales, inventory, logistics, and delivery activities.

• Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.

• Monitor market prices, competitors, and industry trends.

• Coordinate import/export documentation, shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and develop the sales and operations team.

• Track sales performance, gross margins, expenses, and profitability.

• Resolve customer, supplier, and logistics issues promptly.

• Ensure company policies and applicable laws and regulations are followed.

• Report business performance and key developments to senior management/directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in trading, import/export, distribution, wholesale, or a related industry.

• Experience managing suppliers, customers, and commercial negotiations.

• Strong understanding of purchasing, sales, logistics, and international trade processes.

• Good financial and commercial awareness, including understanding of margins and profitability.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to analyze market information and make commercially sound decisions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with ERP or trading software is an advantage.

• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
