Part-Time Admin @ Tuition Centre

Job Summary

You will handle enquiries, manage student attendance and lesson schedules, assist with registration and invoicing, maintain student records, keep the centre clean and ready, and support tutors in coordinating classes.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to walk-in and WhatsApp enquiries to provide clear information and assistance
• Manage student attendance records and schedule lessons to ensure smooth class operations
• Assist with student registration, prepare invoices, and follow up on payments to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and update student files and administrative records to support efficient centre management
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the centre to provide a welcoming environment
• Support tutors by coordinating class logistics and facilitating smooth lesson delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess at least O'level certification
• Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise effectively with English- and Chinese-speaking associates
• Able to commit to a long-term role
• Available to work weekends 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekdays 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Polytechnic or university students are welcome to apply
• Reside in Singapore
