About this job
- Perform facial /lash treatment for customers
- Build and establish strong customer relationship
- Conduct skin analysis and professional facial treatment according to company standards
- Ensure client satisfaction and comfort at the end of each therapy session
- Follow-up calls to access, educate, and recommend clients' daily skincare regimen
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms
- Prevent cross-contamination of equipment by cleaning it before and after procedures
- Assist in scheduling appointments and providing customer service
- Ensure that all product and service suggestions from clients are accurately logged
- Keeping good relationships and building a rapport with clients to ensure retention and referrals
