Test Equipment Engineer
About this job
Responsibilities:
Support Test operation and maintenance/Troubleshoot of all Testing equipment
Responsible for test equipment maintenance, calibration, PM and improvement.
Online production test failure and testing low yield analysis dispose and follow-up.
Online test equipment & accessories maintain and abnormality disposition.
Support Daily Conversion with excess minimum of Conversion Daily following the Spec of different Customer requirement
Identify problems as well as areas for yield and quality improvements and develop methods to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and equivalent qualification.
Min. 1 years of related job experience
Knowledge of wafer fab facility process control and field instrument experience.
Equipped with skill of Linux/Unix program.
Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiar with IT/network function and configuration.
Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy.
Able to commit work rotating day and night shifts
Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects.
Able to work independently and able to handle stress effectively.
Familiar with Tester/Prober system maintenance is a plus.
