Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of fully automated production lines

• Continuous improvement projects to increase productivity

• Predictively identify and address possible production bottlenecks in a timely manner

• Coordinate resources to achieve daily production goals

• Continuous improvement of staff operation efficiency and quality

• Coordinate cross-departmental improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.

• Assist in implementing the department's long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a related science department, open to undergraduate, master’s, and fresh graduates
• Demonstrated interest in managerial roles and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration
• Self-motivated with a commitment to innovative problem-solving
• Related work experience is advantageous for senior position consideration
