Responsibilities:
HE Programme Delivery: Monitor and maintain an efficient andcoordinated system to deliver the programmes. Oversee contracts, payments,billing, enrolment system set-up, student's pass validity and report checking.Ensure proper set-up for class selection, course evaluation and online teachingplatforms. (as applicable)
Coordination with University Partners/Stakeholders: Maintain goodrelations with university partners/stakeholders and student leaders. To stayabreast of changes by university partners/stakeholders which may affectresource management. Coordinate and execute activities to facilitate visits.
Lecturer Management: Tabulate the information required for theaccurate deployment of qualified lecturers. Ensure lecturers are approved toteach by both SIM and CPE. Propose resolutions to issues faced by lecturers. (asapplicable)
Student Management: Oversee student life cycle. Maintain timely,friendly and nurturing communication with stakeholders including prospects,students and alumni. Resolve customer complaints and feedback. Work withacademic leads to review academic performance and carry out intervention forweak-performing students.

Class Scheduling and Assessment Management: Carry out deliveryoperations in accordance with course requirements, CPE regulations and internalquality requirements. (as applicable)
Process Innovation: Coordinate data to enable digitisation andautomation of systems. Collate team feedback, identify pain points and suggestworkable ideas. Participate in testing and UAT of new systems before finalexecution.
Marketing and Recruitment: Maintain an updated pool of students andgraduates to profile. Roster and support all marketing and recruitment efforts,conduct briefings and work with key stakeholders to ensure smooth on-boardingof new students.
Programme Review: Generate data and statistics for planning andreview of activities. Follow through changes (system setup, etc) for programmereviews (internal and external).
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 3 -5 years of working experience
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Data analytical
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and presentationskills
• Team player with mature personality and positive attitude
• Resourceful, self-driven and independent
• Meticulous, able to multi-task, work under pressure andcommitment to meeting deadlines
• Strong command of written and spoken English
