Full Stack Engineer (AI)

We’re seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to develop and enhance AI-powered solutions. You will help ensure these solutions remain reliable, scalable and secure while continuously improving their performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define strategies for model selection, prompt optimisation and the continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• Design evaluation frameworks, quality benchmarks and test datasets for LLM responses, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Implement systematic testing and production monitoring to identify hallucinations, inconsistent outputs, performance regressions and operational issues.
• Develop AI safety controls and guardrails while maintaining accurate, up-to-date data for retrieval, evaluation and fine-tuning.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable AI solutions.

To Succeed:

• Strong software engineering experience, including the delivery of AI or machine-learning solutions.
• Hands-on experience deploying production LLM applications, with knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and agentic workflows.
• Experience implementing AI safety controls, guardrails or responsible-AI practices and proficiency in Python and relevant AI development frameworks.
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to translate experimental AI capabilities into reliable and maintainable production systems.
