Account Manager

Descriptions:

Sales Generation: Identify potential clients, build a strong sales pipeline, conduct product presentations, and achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and address enquiries professionally.

Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies.

Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare competitive quotations and proposals, clearly present the company’s value proposition, and coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery.

Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, nurturing customers relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our printing /IT services and products.

There will be a monthly on target incentive and transport allowance

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Comfortable with doing cold call
• Sales experience in IT office automation or similar industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with some sales experience is welcomes to apply
• Passionate in engaging with customers and provide excellent service
• Good communication and presentation skills with good command of English
