As part of our brand and strategic transformation, we are seeking a talent who can oversee our operations and and improve our internal processes.
One of our key focus areas, is to enhance our stakeholder experience. You will be actively involved in revamping our customer service processes, improving our documentation, and helping us build the right team to serve both our internal and external stakeholders. You will also coordinate internal audits and compliance related matters with our regulatory and quality assurance team.
The role will be challenging for the next few months as we look to transform many of our manual processes, and we need to achieve this whilst maintaining our service levels to our stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee operations in Singapore office.
- Lead and develop a team of talent in customer service, procurement, and logistics.
- Improve documentation across the group
- Revamp our customer experience to better serve our stakeholders.
- Review and improve upon our existing processes, increase productivity
- Work with other departments to identify root causes and resolve inefficiencies
- Communicate with all stakeholders regarding any improvements
- Ensure we meet ISO quality objectives.
- Ensure operating license validity.
- Oversee maintenance of our facilities in Singapore.
- Analyze and design organizational structures, roles, responsibilities,
- Roll out suitable reporting dashboards – Operational performance
- Explore and propose best practices
- Increase Supply Chain Business
