We are looking for a smart, energetic and highly organised Customer Success Executive to join our Singapore team.

This is not a sales role. The focus is on supporting our clients, helping manage their CRM and loyalty programmes, testing new products and features, and using AI and technology to improve how we work and support our customers.

The Role

• Youwill work closely with our clients, internal product team to ensure programmesare running smoothly and clients receive a high level of service and support,including on-boarding of new clients.
• Theideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is comfortable working withtechnology and genuinely interested in AI, CRM, loyalty and digital customerengagement.
• Akey part of the position will involve using tools such as ChatGPT, Claudeand other AI applications as part of your daily workflow.
• Youwill also have the opportunity to participate in the testing and development of CRM and loyalty applications being used by leading global hotel brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key day-to-day contact for BFN clients and provide responsive, professional customer support.
• Assist with the management and delivery of CRM, loyalty and customer engagement programmes.
• Work with clients and internal teams to resolve questions, issues and programme requirements.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools to improve productivity, research, product testing, communication, documentation and client support.
• Assist with CRM campaign setup, customer communications, member journeys and programme activities.
• Support client onboarding and implementation of new programmes and features.
• Conduct product and platform testing, including testing new CRM and loyalty functionality before release.
• Identify bugs, user experience issues and opportunities to improve the product.
• Work with developers and product teams, track and follow up on product issues and enhancements.
• Assist in preparing client reports, programme updates, campaign summaries and presentations.
• Support the testing and rollout of integrations and new technology features.
• Maintain accurate client information, tasks and programme documentation.
• Where required, assist with social media and digital campaign activity across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI tools, particularly ChatGPT and Claude.
• Curious about AI and comfortable experimenting with new AI applications and workflows.
• Hands-on understanding of CRM, customer engagement or loyalty platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to test software systematically.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple client requests and priorities.
• Confident working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS

Advantageous Experience

It would be an advantage if you have:

• Hospitality, hotel or travel industry experience.
• Previous experience working with loyalty or membership programmes.
• Experience with email marketing, campaign management or marketing automation.
• Social media experience, particularly Facebook and Instagram marketing.
• Experience testing websites, mobile applications or SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to customer data, segmentation, member journeys or CRM analytics.
