Accounts Executive

Account Executives are responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong business relationships, and adding value to the goods and services provided by the company. They act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients or suppliers, ensuring that products and services meet customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, requests, and account-related matters.
• Prepare and complete monthly closing of accounts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and send Statements of Accounts (SOA) to clients at the end of each month.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Assist in year-end statutory audit

Requirements :

- Diploma / Degree in related field
- Good understanding of accounting principles and preparation of management accounts and balance sheet schedules.
- Able to work independently, manage deadlines of assigned accounts.
- Good communication skills and comfortable liaising with internal banks, auditors and external parties.
