Administrative Assistant Cum Account

Requirement: :

1. Office Hour - 8:30am to 5:30pm

2. Proficient in Microsoft Software Applications / MYOB System.

3. At least 2 Years of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.

4. Candidate must possess at least Secondary in any field.

Job Description :

1. Handle full AP functions for related companies, including invoice verification, posting, payment and filing.

2. Verify PO, DO, GST, payment terms and supporting documents, and accurately record transactions in the accounting system and Excel.

3. Handle supplier enquiries and records, staff claims and reimbursements.

4. Request quotations, compare prices and maintain proper purchasing records.

5. Review and monitor expenses, costing and proper account allocation.

6. Handle vehicle and machinery insurance, including quotations, renewals and claims.

7. Maintain vehicle and machinery repair, servicing and cost records.

8. Verify trailer drivers’ trips, attendance and allowances for payroll processing.

9. Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

10. Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time by the company.
