Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the country office and suppliers on window installations and product changes for each rotation.
• Plan and implement store zoning, product rotations and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Manage product preparation, display changes and system updates.
• Provide feedback and photos after rotations and share competitor best practices.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and use visual merchandising to support sales.
• Collaborate with Store Managers, Team Managers and Advisors on launches, collections, events and product displays.
• Implement in-store visual merchandising concepts and propose alternatives during product shortages.
• Conduct daily checks to ensure lighting, windows, props, furniture and displays meet luxury retail standards.
• Reorder visual merchandising props, lighting and tools when required.
• Ensure all product displays comply with visual merchandising standards.
