3 Months Contract Exam Invigilator

Job Summary

You will support exam administration by welcoming and checking in candidates, monitoring exam security, performing basic administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe and secure exam environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates warmly and guide them through the check-in process to ensure a smooth start to exams
• Conduct security checks on candidates to uphold exam integrity
• Check in candidates and launch exams on the computer
• Patrol and monitor candidates throughout the exam to prevent misconduct and ensure compliance with rules
• Complete basic administrative tasks such as typing and filing daily reports accurately
• Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls and enquiries related to exam procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the exam centre, including washing of restrooms, by participating in scheduled housekeeping duties with the team
• Follow all exam centre rules and regulations consistently to ensure a secure and fair testing environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum education level: O or N’ Level
• Ability to work 4 to 5 days a week, including Saturdays if needed.
• Time from 8am to 530pm approx.

• Able to use computers comfortably such as email, Microsoft word.

• Pay $13 an hour plus CPF
