Temp Project Manager - Gombak Road

Working Location: Gombak

Position : TEMPORARY PROJECT MANAGER

Contract Period: 4 January 2027 to 31 July 2027

Salary: Up to $4,000 per month

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Lunch Break: 1 hour

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Administrative and logistical duties, including pass making, managing invitations/RSVPs, vendor contract management, venue management, resource allocation and budgeting, and handling security clearances.

• Secretariat duties, including coordinating hospitality arrangements of foreign delegates, managing the schedules and engagements of senior officials, and conducting after-action reviews.

• Event planning and project management duties, including developing and monitoring timelines and key milestones.

• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in event management and/or secretariat work is preferable.

• Proficient in managing large data sets using Microsoft Excel.

• Strong writing skills for preparation of internal documents.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders, including foreign government officials.

• GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent qualifications.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Occasional overseas travel may be required, likely around the end April/early May 2027 period.

• Occasional after-hours work will be required in the lead-up to key events, including the need to support dinner engagements.
