Temp Front Office Assistant @ Novena #HGAT

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Longer commitment is preferred)

Salary

• Day Shifts (Shift 1–3): $12/hour
• Night Shift (Shift 4): $16/hour

Working Hours

42-hour work week (Rostered Monday to Sunday, including Weekends & Public Holidays)

• Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Shift 2: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Shift 3: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Shift 4: 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  
  *must be ok with ALL shifts as you will be rostered

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to reservation enquiries and assist with appointment-related matters.
• Handle patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Assist patients with their luggage and escort them to the wards when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the front office and lobby area.
• Ensure service standards are followed when attending to patients.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Comfortable with hands-on duties, including carrying patients' luggage.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
