Job Summary

Manage and supervise daily branch operations, including cash and inventory control. Lead employee recruitment and daily responsibilities. Ensure customer satisfaction and oversee budget and financial reporting to support business performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily branch/store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth functioning
• Execute cash management processes accurately to maintain financial integrity
• Control inventory levels and coordinate stock management to optimize availability and reduce losses
• Lead and manage employees by assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance to achieve operational goals
• Recruit and interview new employees to build a competent and effective team
• Assist with customer service by resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Oversee preparation and review of budget and financial reports to support informed decision-making
