Food & Beverage Service Crew

Basic information:

• Basic up $3,200
• 6DWW, rotating shift between 9am to 11pm
• 8 hours shift per day, 1 week 44 hours

Job scope:

• Oversee front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, guest flow, and table service, while maintaining high service standards.
• Lead and develop service staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a strong and accountable team.
• Organize staff deployment and service workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity across peak and non-peak periods.
• Monitor service supplies, table settings, and equipment, supporting stock ordering, proper storage, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, workplace safety, and company SOPs while maintaining a clean and organized service area.
• Support promotions, process improvements, and staff development initiatives to enhance service quality, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
