Project Executive, Digital Transformation (Public Healthcare) - West #HHL

Location: Jurong east
Salary: Up to 5K
Working hour: 5 days office hour

Job Scope:
• Support digital strategy, roadmap and system enhancement initiatives
• Manage product backlog, project timelines and vendor coordination
• Gather user requirements and support UAT / system validation
• Support technology refresh and cloud migration projects
• Monitor system performance, SLAs and access reviews
• Coordinate onboarding and training for system users
• Use data to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities

Requirements:
• Min. Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science or related field
• Min. 2 years of Contact Centre / IT Product / Project Management experience preferred
• Healthcare operations or IT project exposure advantageous
• Familiar with Agile methodology
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
