About the Role

Join a well-established leisure and attractions organisation as a Senior Executive, Facilities Management, where you will lead the day-to-day management, maintenance and optimisation of facilities and assets. You will oversee a team, contractors and vendors while ensuring safe, reliable and regulatory-compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily facilities operations, maintenance and asset management activities.
  • Plan and monitor preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programmes.
  • Supervise facilities staff, contractors and service providers.
  • Conduct inspections, audits and asset condition assessments.
  • Coordinate technical troubleshooting, breakdowns and emergency response.
  • Manage contractors, service contracts, quotations, tenders and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with WSH, fire safety and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and review SOPs, SWPs and emergency response procedures.
  • Monitor asset records, maintenance history, warranties and statutory documentation.
  • Support maintenance budgeting, asset renewal and improvement projects.
  • Drive initiatives to improve reliability, sustainability, service quality and cost efficiency.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach and develop Facilities Management staff.
  • Manage manpower deployment and operational coverage.
  • Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Facilities/Asset Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building operations, maintenance or project management.
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Added Advantage: Certifications in WSH, Work at Height, Fire Safety Management, BCA Green Mark, LEED or ISO 14001.

Working Hours & Shift

  • 8.75 hours per day
  • 5/6-day rotating roster (5/6/5/6)
  • Earliest reporting time: 6:45 AM
  • Latest standard shift ends: around 11:00 PM
  • Occasional overnight maintenance until 3:00–4:00 AM (rare)
  • $9 night shift allowance for work extending beyond 11:00 PM
