People Operations Executive (Employee Lifecycle & Governance)

Lead and oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers and offboarding.

Manage HR operations enquiries, shared mailboxes and HRIS helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data, HR records and employment-related documentation.

Support benefits and leave administration and coordinate with external vendors.

Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Support internal mobility and employee movement activities.

Support HR risk, governance, compliance and control activities.

Maintain HR policies, procedures, process documentation and governance records.

Support internal and external audits, risk assessments and regulatory reporting.

Identify operational risks, control gaps and process improvement opportunities.

Support HRIS reporting, data accuracy and system enhancement initiatives.

Provide guidance and operational support to junior team members.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
