APAC Sales Excellence Manager

Our client is a multinational industrial player is seeking an experienced sales coaching and capability specialist to lead sales performance development programs across Asia Pacific. This newly created regional role sits within the People function and works closely with sales leaders across the region to build a stronger, more capable sales organization.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Lead sales training and development programs across APAC, from new joiners to experienced sales staff.
• Work with sales leaders to understand skill gaps and plan training based on business needs.
• Run practical training on customer management, negotiation, account management, and sales skills.
• Coach sales managers on how to better support, develop, and manage their teams.
• Review training results and feedback to improve programmes and ensure they add value to the business.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree qualified with 10 years’ experience in Coaching or Learning and Development or related areas.
• Strong experience in sales coaching, commercial training, and capability development, with the ability to facilitate engaging workshops.
• Experience coaching sales managers and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Regional exposure across multiple APAC markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
