📍 Raffles Place – Ocean Financial Centre
💰 $3,000 – $4,000/month

✨ Receptionist experience not necessary – frontline customer service experience welcome!

Working Hours – Monday to Friday
Rotating between:
• 8.30am–5.30pm
• 9.00am–6.00pm
• 9.30am–6.30pm

Occasional weekend support may be required for events or meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide professional front-of-house service
• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls and take messages when required
• Maintain a polished and organised reception environment
• Manage meeting room bookings and video conference arrangements
• Set up meeting rooms and ensure equipment is ready for use
• Attend to guests and serve beverages / meals when required
• Coordinate breakfast, lunch and catering arrangements for meetings and events
• Set up tables and chairs for meal services and corporate meetings
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers and documentation
• Maintain telephone directories and administrative records
• Liaise with building management on air-conditioning, lighting and facility issues
• Monitor visitor flow, meeting room usage and general office activities
• Maintain pantry, dining and meeting room supplies including stationery, glassware and serving items
• Support corporate events, meetings and other front-office activities
